La Maison [I] is a fully renovated 86 sqm apartment, located on the mezzanine level of a two-floor building at the very beating heart of Skiathos center.

Guest access

Due to its unique location, in a traditional cobbled street, the property is only accessible by motorcycle, bike, or on foot. Cars are allowed to park 5 minutes away, in the large parking area in the district of the Acropolis. A mini market and pharmacy are located only a heartbeat away.

General Note:

The La Maison Skiathos building, consists of 2 separate apartments on the same property. Mezzanine floor and upper floor. Each has a separate entrance door, but the rooftop terrace is only accessible exclusively from the upper floor guests.
